Brave "Tracks" Issue 2-
Sprint Dominance
• Michael Bock captured first place in the 100 meters with a new personal record (11.27) and also ran a personal best in the 200 meters, finishing sixth overall. In addition to his individual efforts, Michael anchored our 4x100 relay team, helping them run their season-best time and secure second place.
• Leon Williams delivered personal bests in both the 100 meters (7th place) and 200 meters (10th place) while also running a key leg on the 4x100 relay that finished second. His explosive improvement continues to boost both his individual events and the team’s sprint relays.
Mid-Distance Grit
• Dane Liggins ran a massive PR to finish 4th in the 400 meters (53.22), then came back later to anchor the 4x400 relay team to a season-best time and a fifth-place finish.
• Owen Russell showed incredible range and toughness, placing 4th in the 800 meters, 3rd in the 1600 meters, and 3rd in the 3200 meters. He also ran a crucial leg on the 4x800 relay, helping the team to a third-place finish and their best time of the season.
• Andrew Pryor ran strong for 6th in the 800 meters and was a key member of both the 4x400 relay and the 4x200 relay, contributing valuable points and leadership.
• Parker Disbennett displayed grit and leadership, finishing 8th in the 1600 meters and 4th in the 3200 meters, while also leading off the 4x800 relay that clocked their best time this season.
Hurdles and Jumps
• Tyler Bowlby had an outstanding night, setting personal records in both the 110m hurdles (7th) and the 300m hurdles (9th). He also ran a strong leg on the 4x200 relay that continued to show improvement.
• Mark Wilson contributed heavily to the 4x400 relay team, running a season-best 56- second split. While his 300m hurdles race wasn’t a PR, his relay split showed his drive and fight late into the evening.
• Owen Groff tied for 7th place in the High Jump at 5'6", and added to the sprint corps by running the second leg of the 4x100 relay, helping the team to their season-best time.
Relays Rising
• The 4x100 relay — Leon Williams, Owen Groff, Justin Marcum, and Michael Bock — finished second place with a time of 44.99 (season-best).
• The 4x200 relay — Owen Groff, Tyler Bowlby, Andrew Pryor, and Dane Liggins — finished 6th, continuing to sharpen their exchanges and improve their overall speed.
• The 4x400 relay — Dane Liggins, Mark Wilson, Herbie Cornell, and Andrew Pryor — ran a gutsy race to finish 5th, recording a season-best time and strong splits across the board.
• The 4x800 relay — Parker Disbennett, Trey Dille, Marcus Harber, and Owen Russell — powered to third place with a season-best time of 9:10.81. Strength in the Field Events
• Justin Marcum captured a 2nd-place finish in the Long Jump with a personal best of 19'4.5", and also ran third leg on the 4x100 relay that finished second.
• Graham Williams was a force in the throws, winning the Discus with a personal best toss of 135'4" and adding valuable points in the Shot Put.

• Ethan Murdoch had a breakthrough night, placing 4th in Shot Put (42'11" PR) and 3rd in Discus (129'5" PR). • In Pole Vault, Cole Forrest cleared 10'0" to place strongly, while freshman Coop
