Concessions at all home Football games is one of the LEAB major fundraising efforts each year and we need your help to make it run smoothly. The LEAB rely on teams to staff and run the concessions for the LE Football events assigned to them. It is expected that each parent/or player sign up to work a shift. Working concessions is a fun way to meet other players and/or parents from your team. Teams will share in the proceeds of the concession stand and support their various activities.

 

Team Schedule for Concessions

 

First Shift (Opening) Workers

5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Half-time is the busiest time: First Shift workers leave when half time is over

6 - 8 workers

 

Second Shift (Closing) Workers

7:30 pm to end of game

Half-time is the busiest time: Second shift should be there at half-time to help

6 - 8 workers

 

• Gate admission will be waived for all working volunteers

• Parents, family, friends, and students can work concessions

 

Assigned roles per shift:

• 2 - 4 window workers

• 1 person on Popcorn

• 1 person on Nachos

• 2 - 3 people on assemble and wrap Hotdogs, Pizza, Brats, Burgers, Tenderloins

• 2 runners to grab drinks, candy, food items for the window workers
